By downloading or using the Sleep Again app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Not a medical device
Sleep Again is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The risk score and predictions are for informational purposes only.
The app reads data from Apple HealthKit and produces a nightly wake-up risk score based on HRV, heart rate, and sleep history. This score is a statistical estimate, not a clinical assessment. It should not be used to make medical decisions. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, consult a qualified medical professional.
Subscription
Sleep Again offers a subscription for access to premium features:
- $9.99/year or $1.99/month
- Includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- To cancel: open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Sleep Again
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Joakim Achrén / Big Blue Games Oy does not process or store your payment information.
Book pass redemption
Purchasers of the Sleep Again book (ebook + audiobook bundle) receive a redemption code that unlocks 3 months of premium access. Each code is single-use and valid for one year from the date of issue. Codes cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash. The 3-month entitlement begins at the time of redemption.
Permitted use
Sleep Again is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its content
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to extract health data beyond what you have legitimately authorized
Intellectual property
All content in the app, including the risk score algorithm, interface design, and accompanying text, is owned by Joakim Achrén / Big Blue Games Oy. The Sleep Again name and mark are protected. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to use them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular sleep outcome will result from its use. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joakim Achrén and Big Blue Games Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages related to sleep quality or health outcomes.
Changes to the app or these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in an updated date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
